Compulsory insurance of civil liability related to the operation of real estate is applied for the purpose of compensation for damage to the health and property of third parties during the operation of the relevant property, including the implementation of construction, repair, reconstruction or other works on the territory of this property.
For these purposes, property with compulsory insurance of civil liability in connection with the exploitation of property is understood as buildings, structures, structures, areas that are real estate exploited by legal entities for the implementation of their activities, as well as by individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity without creating a legal entity. Insurance of civil liability to third parties in connection with the operation of any property listed above is mandatory.
Property, the insurance of which is compulsory for civil liability in connection with the operation of real estate, is understood as buildings, structures, structures, areas that are real estate exploited by legal entities for the implementation of their activities, as well as by individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity without forming a legal entity.
